Shipping Policy

You should expect your delivery within a maximum of 5 working days (excluding UK bank holidays) from receipt.

A confirmation email will be sent to inform you that your items have been dispatched. Tracking details will be included within this email.

Postage Service

We use Yodel courier service. If you are not home when they come to deliver the package, a note advising on redelivery will be left for you. 

 

Returns Policy

We hope you love your artwork. If not, we are happy to organise an exchange or refund for you provided it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

We kindly request that you ensure that any returned products are well protected for postage. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage as Tamra will not take responsibility for any items damaged or lost in the return transit. 

T & C's for returns:

  • Products must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached.

  • Tamra is not liable for the cost of return postage.

  • Please allow up to 5 days from receipt of return for your refund to be processed.
