Shipping & Returns
We try our best to post orders the same day that we receive confirmation of payment.
You should expect your delivery within a maximum of 5 working days (excluding UK bank holidays) from receipt.
If in any case we are unable to meet this timeframe we will inform you as soon as possible.
A confirmation email will be sent to inform you that your items have been dispatched. Tracking details will be included within this email.
We use Hermes courier service. If you are not home when they come to deliver the package, a note advising on redelivery will be left for you.

We hope you love your Tamra product(s). If not, we are happy to organise an exchange or refund for you provided it is returned to us in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Please include completed returns slip (found on the bottom of your delivery note) in your package. We kindly request that you ensure that any returned products are well protected for postage. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage as Tamra will not take responsibility for any items damaged or lost in the return transit.
T & C's for returns:
Products must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached.
Tamra is not liable for the cost of return postage.
Please allow up to 5 days from receipt of return for your refund to be processed.
